The Mission Control picks up its fourth international effectiveness award in just four months.

The Mission - Love NY Davy Awards

We just have to love New York. In our first ever outing at the Davey Awards in the United States, we’re delighted to say that as the new kids on the block, we did ourselves proud – picking up silver for our work during the 2015 General Election campaign with the Conservatives.

This is the fourth, international award for The Mission Control Communications in as many months and proves that a brave and intelligent strategy, run in partnership with a committed client can deliver world-changing outcomes without the need for spending hundreds of thousands of pounds.

Earlier this year, the team made a name for itself at the New York Communicator Awards, picking up three wins for brands in the private sector. Now we’re at it again with the government. When we were asked to work with the Conservatives and their partners in the run-up to the 2015 General Election, the brief was simple – ‘Make David Cameron Prime Minister and ensure he has cross party support’.

Four months later and it was Mission Accomplished!

The Conservatives had a landslide majority – shocking all of the polls that had predicted another hung parliament and the PM had the backing needed to stave off any opposition. The rest as they say is history.

Congratulations to all of the other agencies that took part and picked up awards as well and a big thank you to all of the team at Supernova and the amazing actors credited below!

*Please note that no clowns were actually harmed in the making of the campaign.
