Delivering the right solution is an ART as The Mission Control Communications was to discover working with Almac teams on both sides of the Atlantic to roll out this new integrated campaign for the launch of Almac Technologies new Accountability and Reconciliation Tracking system (ART).
Working in collaboration with Almac marketing teams in the United States and Europe, the campaign was built on the commercial insight that when a work process is viewed as a ‘necessary evil.’ it’s time to innovate.
Recognising that the onerous task of manually reconciling discrepancies in supply records accumulated over the lifetime of a clinical trial can add as much as two years to the study closeout phase, Almac Technologies decided it was time to streamline and automate the process with a new Accountability and Reconciliation Tracking system – ART.
